"Less than a year ago I couldn’t get out of my car seat without loads of hip pain! Could barely squat to a seated chair. 😱 today I can squat ass to the grass body weight multiple times ( and recently with 20kg bar) without pain and with good form and more importantly I feel stable and strong! It has taken a lot of rehab exercises from you guys but it has paid off! I still have a way to go with dead lifts and core strength etc. but I know by consistently attending and doing the hard work ( back to basics,rehab exercises etc) things will and do improve!
