Established over 4 years ago Foundations was setup to create a community for the locals that focuses on teaching correct techniques and apply appropriate evidence based science. We care about helping our clients in being the best they can be.

S&C is a form of exercise that focuses on building strength, size and endurance of muscles.

SAMPLE CLASS WORKOUT

  1. Arrive for your class. Don’t forget your water bottle and towel. All classes go for 45 min.

  2. Start of class - coaches take you 
through a warm up and explain 
the workout step by step.

  3. Workout begins - no matter what 
your level the coaches are always there to give you tips, help you perfect technique or push you to do your best. Everyone is unique with different needs.

  4. At the end of class, the coaches will guide you through a stretch.

  5. You’re done! Give yourself a pat on the back or someone a high five! You did it.
